Fall Already? It's only July!!

I don't believe it. Here it is, July 23, 2005, and when I looked out the skylight in our bedroom there were leaves on the trees that are changing colour. Would someone please tell Mother Nature she it just a bit early to start fall!! Summer is short enough to start fall in July. Arrgh!!
