Bravus is Leaving Canada?
It sounds like one of our friends are leaving Edmonton to return home to Australia. David is an assistant professor (correct me if I'm wrong David) at the UofA. He will be accepting a position at the University of Brisbane. Seems like the Canadian winters have got the best of him and his family; Sue, Cassie, Alex, and Caspa the cat. I wish the Geelan's all the best in their new home. However, they won't be leaving until the end of the UofA year so they will hopefully be around for one more Canada Day Eve Party. In the mean time we hope to strengthen our friendship before they leave. That way we have a nice place to stay when we finally get to Australia :-)

Thanx Lorne, and sorry it took so long to respond to this kind thought! Yeah, we've had an awesome time in Edmonton, an dlots of great friends, but seriously, it's midwinter in Brisbane right now and midsummer here, and it's warmer there! The call of the beach, ya know...
