The USA Decides Who Gets To Stay In Canada

In my profession there are people who come from other countries as I stated a few posts ago. One of them wanted to stay in Canada so filled out all the paperwork to allow his family to stay in Canada. Unfortunately for him, he has worked in different countries other than England, his home country. Some were in the Middle East and in particular Qatar. Therefore, he has to get police clearances from all the previous countries he has worked. Well...one of the places he had to send the info to...was the Canadian Consulate in Washington, DC. Believe it or not...Condoleezza Rice had to give permission for his family to stay here!! Her signature is on the form he sent to the Canadian Consulate in Washington. He has never worked in the USA. Interesting that the US is giving permission for a foreigner to live in Canada.
